Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
If the product received is not what you ordered (e.g., incorrect color, size, or model), it can be returned for an exchange or credit. This policy applies only if the product sent differs from what was originally purchased.

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in brand new condition, including the packaging being intact and the original labels attached.
- A copy of a valid receipt must be included with the return.
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the receipt date.
1. Non-Returnable Items: We have a no return policy on all items unless otherwise specified.
2. Return Shipping Costs:
- Artistic Knives will not bear the cost for the return of any products other than those associated with the repair or replacement product for a legitimate warranty claim or incorrect supply of products on our part.
- The customer is responsible for all costs for returning unwanted items and the freight charges of exchanged products.
Inspection of Returned Goods
We always inspect our goods to ensure our highest quality standards are met. Many of our products are made from natural materials such as wood and canvas. Any marks or variations naturally occurring in these materials are intended and not a defect.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds may be requested if you purchase a product that is out of stock and you do not wish to wait for the expected lead time.
- If the product received is faulty or damaged, a refund may be issued following our warranty claim process.
Refund Process:

- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after receiving the returned item or resolving the issue.
Backorders
1. Notification of Backordered Items:
- If you purchase a product that is out of stock, we will notify you via email with the product’s expected time of arrival (ETA) and an option
- You may request a refund if you do not wish to wait for the expected lead time.
Warranty
1. Products with Warranty:
- if your item arrives damaged or faulty, it is your responsibility to contact Artistic Knives within 3 business day of receiving the item.
- Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to our Customer Service Desk first as this will cause delays in resolving your problem.
- Contact our Customer Service Desk by email at info@artisticknives.com to discuss your issue. Providing images of the damage and a copy of your receipt in your email will be helpful.
2. Warranty Claim Process:
- To initiate a warranty claim, contact our Technical Assistance team by submitting the form below. Once we have received your details, we may request images of the faulty item or component as well as a copy of the receipt to aid in our assessments.
- Please do not attempt to return an item before speaking to one of our specialists as you may be responsible for any associated expenses.
3. Warranty Coverage:
- Not all products are covered under warranty; only those products where it is specifically mentioned.
- We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care and maintenance of the product.
- This warranty exclusively covers defects in the blade of the knife; the handle is not included under this warranty.
- Artistic Knives will provide a replacement or item of equivalent value for any part or product found to be defective.
- The product will be replaced free of charge one time only in the case of a valid warranty claim. This means that if your product has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace it at no cost to you, but this replacement can only be claimed once per product. After this one-time replacement, any future issues with the same product will not be eligible for another free replacement under the warranty. This policy does not apply to the return of products that are damaged or defective upon arrival, which are handled separately under our return policy.
- This warranty is limited to the original consumer or, in the case of a gift, to the initial consumer recipient with proof of purchase and is not transferable. If the product was not purchased new from the manufacturer or an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative, this warranty is null and void.
- This warranty shall be void if the product is not used, assembled, or operated in accordance with the provided operation instructions; if the product is resold or traded to another owner; if components or accessories not compatible with the product have been used; or if the user has abused or otherwise failed to maintain the product.
- Artistic Knives' sole and exclusive liability under this warranty, and the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Artistic Knives shall not be liable for any other damages, including, without limitation, special, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event will Artistic Knives' liability exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the product(s) at issue. Any oral or written description of a product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an express warranty.
Right of Use
1. Warranty Coverage:
Knives specified as covered by our warranty come with a limited warranty that addresses defects in material and workmanship under normal use. However, this warranty excludes coverage for damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
2. Misuse and Abuse:
- Misuse includes, but is not limited to, using the knife for prying, cutting hard materials, or any non-kitchen tasks.
- Abuse includes, but is not limited to, dropping the knife, exposing it to extreme heat or cold, and improper cleaning methods.
3.. Exclusions:
This warranty is void if the knife is damaged due to any of the following:
- Intentional misuse, including but not limited to cutting frozen foods, bones, or using the knife for prying or opening cans and jars.
- Improper maintenance, including improper cleaning methods and using highly abrasive brushes that cause scratches.
- Unauthorized modifications to the knife.
- Damage caused by accidents, including drops, improper storage, and dishwasher use.
- Exposure to acts of God, including but not limited to fire, tornados, hurricanes, or earthquakes.
- Normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches or blade dulling.
- Damage resulting from commercial, professional, or workplace use.
- Minor imperfections and color variations, which are inherent to the materials and craftsmanship of the product.

- We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery is free within the United States. International shipping times and costs vary based on your location.
3. Tracking and Delivery:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid delays.
Amendments to Terms:
We reserve the right to amend this Warranty and Return Policy at our sole discretion. Any changes will be announced on this page. Such amendments will not apply retroactively and will take effect only for products purchased after the updated terms are posted.
